A procurement team of AI colleagues. A person does the final review.

Bid support, requirements specifications and test cases at a fixed price – from the material you have, however messy it is. The work is done by Brickstream’s AI team and always reviewed by a senior final reviewer – a person – before you receive it. You send files; we need no access to your systems.

Not sure – or the material is messy

Messy in – order out

Don’t know what to order? Send what you have, as it is, and you get an order proposal: Brickstream’s AI team goes through the material, asks at most eight questions and proposes which assignment and size fit, with a fixed price and delivery time. The proposal normally arrives within one working day and is free of charge up to 30 pages and 10 files. A person at Brickstream reads the proposal before you get it, and if none of the offers fits, we say so plainly.

This is fine

  • E-mail threads, notes and half-finished spreadsheets are fine.Send them as they are, even photos of the whiteboard and handwritten notes. We sort out what is a requirement and what is your own thinking.
  • It may contradict itself. Two dates, two values, sales wanting one thing and engineering another: we don’t choose for you, we turn it into a question you can decide on.
  • You don’t need to know what it’s called.Describe what you want to achieve – “don’t know” is a perfectly good answer – and we propose what you need and what it costs before any work starts.

PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CSV, text, saved e-mails and images. Zip is fine.

What you get: an order proposal

  • What you sentA list of every file, what it contains and how we use it (Excel).
  • How we understand the needA few sentences in our own words.
  • At most eight questionsWith ready-made answer options, in plain language. “Don’t know” is always an answer.
  • Our recommendationWhich assignment and size, what is and is not included, delivery time and fixed price – and an alternative when there is a reasonable one.
Scope
2–4 pages plus an Excel list. None of the actual work is included yet.
Time
Normally within one working day of your upload, and the final proposal within the same time after your answers to the questions.
Cost
Free of charge up to 30 pages and 10 files. Larger material, up to 300 pages and 150 files: SEK 2,900 excl. VAT, deducted if you order within 30 days. Larger piles than that: we suggest a call first.

You are not committing to anything. If you order, the material and your answers come along; you don’t upload anything again. If you don’t order, nothing happens.

What we do not accept

The only things we do not accept are two, and that follows from the law: security-classified material and export-controlled technical information. Whether to mask names or other personal data, for example by replacing names with roles such as “Project manager”, is your decision under your internal policy. We take care of the rest.

We are bidding

Spend your time winning the bid, not hunting for requirements in appendix 7.

How the AI team works

Brickstream’s AI team has specialised roles that complement each other. The roles in the AI team are AI models working to Brickstream’s fixed method – not employed people. Every delivery is always reviewed by a senior final reviewer – a person – before you receive it, and what the reviewer did is stated in the delivery.

  • Requirements analyst (AI)Breaks the material down into single requirements, quotes them verbatim with their source and points out what is vague, compound or contradictory.
  • Procurement specialist and bid strategist (AI)Reads the documents as a buyer and a bidder: evaluation model, dates, mandatory requirements that disqualify bids and questions to ask in time.
  • Test specialist (AI)Turns requirements into test cases with steps, test data and measurable expected results, with boundary and error cases.
  • Quality controller (AI)Rereads everything independently, checks every quotation against the source and that no shall or should was missed, and flags uncertain rows with a reason.
  • Senior final reviewer (human) – alwaysReviews the uncertain rows and a random sample against the original and approves the delivery before it is released. The final reviewer is a senior engineer and consultant at Brickstream; if more reviewers join, they work under a non-disclosure agreement.
  1. Order

Choose what it is about and what you want to order – or start with “Messy in” if you are not sure. We work out the size from the material. You confirm that the material contains no security-classified or export-controlled information. We send a quote with fixed price, delivery date and terms, and work starts once you have accepted the quote and the terms. If you want a non-disclosure agreement, we sign one on request.

  2. Send securely

You upload the files signed in to the platform, straight to private storage in Stockholm that only your order can reach. Nothing is sent by e-mail.

  3. The AI team works

Brickstream’s AI team runs a fixed method for the offer: two independent passes, every shall and should in the documents accounted for, every quotation checked against the source and uncertain rows flagged with a reason.

  4. The final reviewer reviews

Brickstream’s final reviewer, a senior engineer and consultant, goes through the uncertain rows and a random sample against the original and approves the delivery. If more reviewers join, they work under a non-disclosure agreement. What the reviewer did is stated in the delivery.

  5. Delivery

You download Excel, PDF and, where relevant, CSV from the platform on the confirmed date. One round of corrections is included if anything deviates from the delivery description.

  6. Erasure

30 days after delivery the material and the delivery are erased automatically, and at once if the order is cancelled. You can see in the platform when the files have been erased.

Before and after – three fictitious examples

The companies and documents are made up by us to show how it works. The material is as messy as it usually is in real life. The work is done by Brickstream’s AI team and always reviewed by a senior final reviewer – a person – before you get it; in the examples the review is illustrative, since no person has reviewed them yet.

  • Fictitious exampleWe are bidding

“Can someone check whether we’re even allowed to bid?”

A small engineering company wants to bid in a tender from a water utility. No bid department.

    What they sent
An e-mail thread with the authority’s answers buried in the middle. Meeting notes: “deadline 20/11 or 23/11??? check”. A half-started spreadsheet with nine rows and several mistakes.
    What they got
Every requirement verbatim with page and section, and which are mandatory and which desirable. Ten ready-made questions to the authority, including the two different deadlines and weights that add up to more than a hundred. The news that the missing environmental certificate does not exclude them, but the references might.
    What the customer did
Replaced names with roles in the e-mails and uploaded four files.
    Corresponds to
Bid support, up to 30 pages, SEK 9,900 excl. VAT

  • Fictitious exampleWe have requirements to review or test

“I’m supposed to write the spec by the 1st. Help??”

A product manager has to write requirements for the next version of a temperature monitor for fridges and freezers.

    What they sent
A wish list: “better-looking than the competition”, “AI that predicts compressor failure”. A Slack extract where sales, support and engineering want different things. Meeting notes saying “Not agreed”.
    What they got
One requirement per row with shall, should or may, type and how it will be verified. Every contradiction collected as a question, without us choosing for them. The discovery that “alarm within one minute” does not fit with the unit measuring every fifteen minutes.
    What the customer did
Replaced names with roles in the Slack extract and uploaded three files.
    Corresponds to
Requirements review, up to 30 pages and 100 requirements, SEK 9,900 excl. VAT

  • Fictitious exampleWe have requirements to review or test

“The requirements are pretty much done, we just need to test them”

A small app developer is building laundry-room booking for a housing cooperative. No tester on staff.

    What they sent
A requirements list with “The system shall be fast” and two requirements with the same ID. An e-mail from the chair that contradicts the list. The developer’s note: “15 min? nobody has decided”.
    What they got
Test cases with steps, test data and expected results for every testable requirement, and a measurable rewording for those that are not. Two pairs of test cases that cannot both pass – proof that the list and the e-mail contradict each other.
    What the customer did
Replaced the chair’s name with “Chair” and uploaded three files.

Test cases, up to 40 requirements, SEK 12,900 excl. VAT

Made up by Brickstream. No customer’s material and no customer delivery.

How it went
  1. You send what you have.

No sorting, no templates. All you do is check that nothing is security-classified or export-controlled. Whether to replace names with roles is your decision under your internal policy.

  2. The AI team sorts.

It separates requirements from your own notes, and points every row to file and page or line, so you can always see where it came from.

  3. It reads everything twice and compares.

If the same date or value appears in several places, it checks that they match. If they don’t, it becomes a question, not a guess.

  4. It doesn’t interrupt you while working.

Anything unclear is marked as uncertain with a reason, or becomes a ready-made question in the delivery.

  5. A person does the final review – always.

Brickstream’s final reviewer, a senior engineer and consultant, goes through the uncertain rows and a random sample against the original. What the reviewer changed is stated in the delivery.

  6. You decide.

You get the basis for your decisions – which questions to ask, which value applies, whether to bid. The decisions are yours.

How we handle your material

Read this before you order. You get the terms with the quote and accept them before work starts.

The full description

Where is the material stored?

The files you upload and the delivery are stored in private storage in Stockholm that only your order can reach, with short-lived signed links for upload and download. Order details are kept in Brickstream’s database in Stockholm. We never send material or deliveries as e-mail attachments.

Who sees it?

The AI team during the run and Brickstream’s final reviewer, a senior engineer and consultant who is responsible for the order and reviews every delivery. If more reviewers join, they work under a non-disclosure agreement and may never put the material into any other AI service. No other consultants and no other customers see anything. Every download is logged.

What happens at the AI provider?

The AI team uses Anthropic’s commercial API, not a chat app. Content is not used to train the models. Processing takes place in the USA under the EU standard contractual clauses. At the AI provider, inputs and outputs may be kept for a limited time for abuse monitoring under the provider’s terms. Text in your material is treated as data: instructions in it are not followed.

What do you not accept?

Security-classified information or material under a security protection agreement, export-controlled technical information (military equipment, dual-use items, ITAR or EAR) – this follows from the security protection and export control rules. The AI team looks for classification and export-control markings before work starts. If we find such material we stop the work, erase the files and contact you. Personal data is no obstacle: whether to mask names or other personal data is your decision under your own internal policy, and whatever is in the material is processed only for your order and erased with the rest.

How do we clean the material?

Search each file for HEMLIG, RESTRICTED, CONFIDENTIAL, SECRET, ITAR, EAR and export control, including headers and cover pages. If you are unsure, ask your security officer or export control officer and do not send. If you want to mask personal data, follow your internal policy, for example by replacing names with roles and removing comments, tracked changes and author details from the document properties. Preferably only send the appendices that concern the task.

When is it erased?

Automatically 30 days after delivery, and at once if the order is cancelled or declined. Files, file names and your description are erased; only what the Swedish Accounting Act requires remains. You can see in the platform when the files have been erased.

If something happens

If your material may have reached someone who should not have it, we tell you within 24 hours of discovering it: what happened, what is affected and what we are doing. We stop processing until the cause is clear.

Frequently asked questions

We don’t know what to order

You don’t need to. If you already have material, start with “Messy in”: send what you have and we propose what you need and what it costs. If you would rather talk first, describe in your own words what you want to achieve – answer a tender, buy something, get requirements in order, or be able to test what you have built – in an e-mail or by requesting a call back. We confirm the fixed price and delivery date before any work starts. If none of the offers fits, we tell you.

Our material is messy

We assume it is. E-mail threads, meeting notes, half-finished spreadsheets and lists that contradict each other are fine. We sort it, point every row to where it came from and turn contradictions into questions you can decide on. Whether to replace names with roles or mask other personal data is your decision under your internal policy.

What does it cost?

All prices are fixed and exclude VAT; you never pay by the hour. You don’t choose the size yourselves: we work it out from your material and confirm size, price and delivery date in the quote before work starts. Delivery time counts from complete material and a confirmed order. Material larger than the largest size: quote. Prices in EUR or USD on request. Each offer shows the lowest price and the normal delivery time, and “Sizes and prices” shows every size with the limit in words; bid support for documents of up to 30 pages, for example, costs SEK 9,900 excl. VAT. The order proposal in “Messy in” is free of charge up to 30 pages and 10 files, and the sample on published documents is free of charge.

What is not included?

We give no legal advice, run no tests, make no decisions for you and have no access to your systems. We write bid text only in Bid support with draft answers, and then as a draft that you review, complete and are responsible for.

Why not just use Copilot or Gemini?

The difference is the method and the review: every row has a verbatim source with page and section so it can be checked, every shall and should in the documents is accounted for, contradictions between different places are searched for systematically, and a senior final reviewer – a person – has gone through the uncertain rows before you receive the delivery. We will publish comparisons with other tools only once we have measured them.

What if the delivery contains errors?

One round of corrections is included: within 10 working days you state where the delivery deviates from the delivery description and we correct it. The delivery is input to your own decisions; we give no guarantee beyond the correction round and no legal advice.

Who owns the delivery?

You may use, change and share the delivery freely in your business, for example in your bid. Your material remains yours. Our method and templates are ours.

How do we pay?

A fixed price as in the quote, excluding VAT, invoiced on delivery with 30 days’ payment terms. If the material is larger than we assumed, we tell you before work starts. Customers outside Sweden can get the quote and invoice in EUR or USD; VAT follows the Swedish rules (reverse charge for businesses in other EU countries with a valid VAT number, no Swedish VAT outside the EU).

Can you take security-classified material?

No. Neither the platform nor the AI provider is intended for it. The same applies to export-controlled technical information.
