Brickstream’s AI team produces bid support, requirements specifications and test cases at a fixed price, and a senior final reviewer – a person – always reviews the delivery before you get it. - Describe the need
Tell us in your own words what you need: role, skills, start, scope and location. We turn it into a requirement profile you confirm.
- Anonymous shortlist
You see anonymous cards with skills, experience and availability. No names, no CVs and no personal data at this stage.
- Presentation after the consultant’s yes
Ask for a presentation. The consultant learns about the assignment and says yes or no; only then do you get the name and CV.
- One-click approval
Each month the line manager approves the time per consultant and purchase order. Line managers never see prices.
- One invoice per purchase order
Procurement gets one invoice per purchase order and month, as PDF and as an e-invoice in Peppol BIS Billing 3.0 format, with records that match the approval.
How do you quality-assure the consultants?
Registration is open to consultants, but nobody is proposed for your need unchecked.
- Interviewed – or known from before
- Before we propose anyone for your need, we have either interviewed them (20 minutes, structured and prepared from your need) or know them first-hand from our own work.
- References before name and CV
- Before you get name and CV, we have taken two references – or know the consultant first-hand from our own work. The answers stay with us.
- Verified by Brickstream
- Once the basis is complete we make our own decision. Consultants we have verified carry the badge "Verified by Brickstream" on the card – no scores, just our word.
- You decide
- You interview the consultant yourselves before you decide. Our check does not replace yours.
- Security vetting
- Security vetting is done by you or the responsible authority under your procedures. We do not carry out security vetting.
Open fee
The need, the shortlist and presentations cost nothing. If you order, you pay one hourly rate per assignment, agreed before start. Procurement sees how much of it is Brickstream’s fee and which rule applies; line managers never see prices.

Where several rules apply, the lowest is used, never below 9%. Months already invoiced are never recalculated. We never pay rewards to individual employees of a client. If you refer an assignment to us, the reward is credited on your company’s invoice.

- Data in the EUDatabase, sign-in and files in Stockholm. All processors are listed in the privacy notice.
- Sign-in with your Microsoft accountEntra ID tied to your tenant and approved domains. The requirement is checked in the database on every request.
- Two-step verificationRequired for Brickstream’s accounts and for client users without Microsoft sign-in.
- Role-based accessProcurement and line managers see different things. You never see other clients’ data.
- TraceabilityApprovals, objections, changes after approval and agreement changes are recorded in a tamper-evident log.
The platform is not intended for security-classified information. Data processing agreement, security description and supplier approval documentation are available on request.
Frequently asked questions
What does it cost to ask for proposals?
Nothing. Describing the need, getting an anonymous shortlist and asking for presentations cost nothing. If you order a consultant you pay an hourly rate per assignment, agreed before start and invoiced monthly in arrears per purchase order.
Are we committing to anything?
Not until you order. An assignment only becomes binding once you have approved the call-off with consultant, period, scope and price. The terms of the assignment, for example client protection if you later want to engage the consultant directly, are shown before you approve.
What if you do not have the right person?
Then we say so, rather than sending CVs that do not fit.
Can we ask questions before we decide?
Yes. Ask our AI assistant right here on the page, request a call back or e-mail info@brickstream.se. The assistant’s answers come from an AI and can be wrong; prices and terms are always agreed with a person at Brickstream.
